
Tiong Se Academy Athletes Dominate the Courts and the Wushu Arena!
Tiong Se Academy’s athletes have once again made history, showcasing their grit, skill, and championship mentality in two major competitions—the FAMPSSA Basketball Tournament and the Palarong NCR Wushu Championship.
Our 18 and Under basketball team delivered an electrifying performance, battling their way to the silver medal. Led by Coach Erwin Comendador and Sports Coordinator Charles Pagsanghan, the team displayed impressive teamwork, determination, and heart. Representing Tiong Se Academy on the court were Ben Ali Batua, Kyle Brayden Chua, Zaki Tan, and Renz Bill Alcantara, who gave their all in every game, proving that they are a force to be reckoned with.


Tiong Se’s Wushu team proved unstoppable, bagging multiple medals in the San Lu Quan category at the Palarong NCR Wushu Championship under the expert guidance of coaches Aaron Travero, Joseph De Castro, and Renaelou Tan. Our student-athletes showed exceptional discipline and mastery of their craft, bringing home:

🥉 Xiaowe Chen – Bronze - Category B (San Lu Quan)
🥇 Vaughn Gan – Gold
🥈 Mark Bricks Gamba – Silver
