Tiong Se Academy Holds Vibrant Acquaintance Party to Kick Off the School Year

July 26, 2024 – Tiong Se Academy’s Student Activities Program organized a lively and engaging Acquaintance Party for students from Grades 1 to Senior High School, marking one of the most anticipated events of the school year. Held on July 26, the event was designed to foster camaraderie among students while introducing them to the various opportunities the school offers.

The highlight of the day was the official oath-taking ceremony for the newly elected Student Council members and classroom officers for the school year 2024-2025. With parents, teachers, and students in attendance, the ceremony underscored the importance of student leadership and responsibility within the school community.

Following the formalities, the party’s theme, “What You Want to Become in the Future,” took center stage. Students embraced the theme with enthusiasm, dressed in outfits representing their future career aspirations—ranging from doctors and engineers to artists and entrepreneurs. This creative and imaginative theme added a fun and inspirational touch to the event, encouraging students to dream big and pursue their goals.

Adding to the excitement, different academic clubs set up kiosks around the venue, showcasing their offerings for the year. From science and math clubs to arts and literature, each booth provided information on upcoming activities and encouraged students to join and participate in club events. These kiosks gave students a chance to explore their interests and get involved in extracurricular activities that complement their academic journey.

The Acquaintance Party not only provided a platform for students to get to know one another but also served as a vibrant start to the school year. With a focus on leadership, aspirations, and involvement, Tiong Se Academy is off to a dynamic and promising year ahead.
